## Return Exceptions

1. **Eligible Products**: Some of our products may be eligible for return if this is confirmed in the product description.

2. **Return Process**: If you would like to return an eligible product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you will need to ship the product back to us within the next 48 hours.

3. **Restocking Fee**: Please note that a $15 restocking fee will apply to all returns. Additionally, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
